Matcha latte

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 g matcha (1 teaspoon)
  • 50 ml hot water (80–85°C)
  • 200 ml oat or almond milk
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup/vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl to avoid lumps.
  2. Pour hot, but not boiling, water over it and beat with a chasen until smooth.
  3. Pour plenty of ice into a tall glass, pour in the milk and add the maple syrup.
  4. Finally , slowly pour in the matcha to create a beautiful, layered effect.
  5. Stir before drinking.
