Matcha latte

Ingredients:
- 1–2 g matcha (1 teaspoon)
- 50 ml hot water (80–85°C)
- 200 ml oat or almond milk
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup/vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Sift the matcha into a bowl to avoid lumps.
- Pour hot, but not boiling, water over it and beat with a chasen until smooth.
- Pour plenty of ice into a tall glass, pour in the milk and add the maple syrup.
- Finally , slowly pour in the matcha to create a beautiful, layered effect.
- Stir before drinking.
