1. General Provisions
The online store zoimatcha.pl is operated by Global Trade Group sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, Ogrodowa 58, 00-876 Warsaw, VAT: 5342677352.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, as well as the rights and obligations of users and the store.
The store sells products online, in particular matcha tea.
2. Definitions
Customer / User – a natural or legal person using the online store.
Store – the online service available at zoimatcha.pl used for selling products.
Product – any item offered for sale.
Order – a declaration of intent to purchase a Product submitted by the Customer.
3. Conditions of Use
Using the store implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must use the store in accordance with the law and good practices.
The store may temporarily suspend operation for maintenance or updates, informing users when possible.
4. Placing Orders
Orders are placed through the website.
To place an order, the Customer must provide all information necessary for order processing (name, address, contact details, payment method).
The store confirms acceptance of the order by email.
5. Payments
The store offers online payments through integrated payment systems available on the site.
The Customer must make payment before shipment unless otherwise specified.
The store does not store full payment card data — all transactions are handled by external payment operators.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are shown during the order process and vary depending on the delivery method.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the store by email or in writing.
The Customer covers the return shipping cost unless the store decides otherwise.
Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the store receives the returned Product.
8. Complaints
The store is responsible for non-conforming products in accordance with applicable law.
Customers may file complaints by sending an email to info@zoimatcha.pl.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of zoimatcha.pl.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and exercise other rights under GDPR.
10. Liability
The store makes every effort to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
The store is not liable for errors caused by users or external factors such as courier delays.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms come into force on the day of publication.
The store may amend the Terms — changes will be published on the website.
Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
