2. Available Shipping Options
Our store offers fast and reliable courier delivery:

The shipping method is selected during checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed at the final step of the order.
3. Free Shipping
Orders with a total value above 50 EUR qualify for free standard shipping.
Cash-on-delivery is not available. Only prepaid orders are processed.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the moment the payment is received.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
5. Tracking Shipments
Once the package is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number.
Tracking is available on the carrier’s website or via the link sent by email.
6. Delivery and Pickup
The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel at the indicated delivery address.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, the cost of re-shipping may be added to the next order.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the submission date.
