Matcha and white chocolate cookies

Buttery, soft, and bursting with flavor, these matcha and white chocolate cookies are an absolute hit.
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter, room temperature
- 150 g brown sugar

1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 280 g wheat flour
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of matcha
- 100–150 g white chocolate pieces
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C .
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy (with a mixer).
- Add egg and vanilla, mix briefly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together: flour, baking powder and matcha (be sure to sift the matcha!).
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula.
- Finally, add the white chocolate.
- Form walnut-sized balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes – the edges should be lightly golden.
