Our 3A culinary matcha is one of the highest quality matches for beverages and cooking. Its unique character begins with the plant itself. Although produced in China, the bush variety was imported directly from Japan, and all cultivation takes place in the Jingshan region of Hangzhou—a place renowned for its green tea production for centuries. Each leaf undergoes the Japanese steaming process, the same as in classic matcha production in Kyoto or Uji, ensuring its aroma remains fresh, herbal, and full of natural energy.
